Aikido Classes at TCD
The regular class schedule is:
Tuesday 7.30 - 9.30 pm
Wednesday 6 - 7 pm
(Weapons training Class)
Friday 6 - 8 pm
Classes begin in October at basic level and progress to more difficult techniques throughout
the year. A mat fee of 2 euro is charged per class. This is used to fund trips to courses and other
aikido-related activities.
Venue
Classes are held in the Ancillary Hall in the Sports Centre during term time only. The centre is
located in the corner of College near the junction of Pearse St. and Westland Row.
Classes outside Trinity College
Outside of term time members of the club can still attend classes at the Gyo Fu Kan Dojo on Pearse St. (see map) at specially reduced
rates (4 euros per class). Senior or eager students are recommended to practise regularly in the GFK as well as at TCD.

Events
In addition to these regular classes other events are regularly organised
with the club hosting national training courses, and members of the club attending courses
elsewhere.
